These Terms and Service Disclaimer apply to the Eisentower LLC website, inquiries, consultations, training registrations, and services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Eisentower does not guarantee a specific investigative result, legal outcome, court result, client decision, third-party action, or training performance outcome. Investigations and consulting work are based on lawful methods, available facts, client-provided information, field conditions, and verifiable documentation.
Investigations
Investigative services are accepted by scope, legality, licensing, availability, and fit. Eisentower documents what can be lawfully observed, verified, and reported. Evidence, reports, photographs, timelines, or observations may be prepared for client review or legal review, but Eisentower does not guarantee that any material will be accepted by a court, agency, employer, attorney, or third party.
No Legal Advice
Eisentower is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Information on this website, in reports, or in consultation is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Clients with legal questions should consult an attorney.
Security Consulting
Security consulting and site review services are based on observation, experience, client-provided information, and available conditions at the time of review. Recommendations are practical risk-reduction guidance and do not guarantee that an incident, loss, injury, crime, emergency, or liability issue will be prevented.
Security Guard Services
Eisentower is not currently operating as a security guard agency. Limited guard coverage may be available separately through Elah Hoelscher as an individually licensed Oklahoma armed security guard. Any such work is separate from Eisentower agency services unless a lawful and properly licensed arrangement states otherwise.
Training
Training services are educational in nature. Completion of a class does not guarantee competence, employment, licensing, certification, promotion, operational success, or emergency performance unless a specific certification is expressly offered and the student successfully meets all requirements for that certification.
Red Cross certifications, when applicable, are issued according to American Red Cross rules, course requirements, student performance, and administrative systems. Non-Red Cross courses are Eisentower training unless clearly stated otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Clients and students are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful instructions, correct contact details, relevant documents, and timely communication. Eisentower may decline, pause, or end work if the requested service appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, outside scope, outside licensing, or otherwise unsuitable.
Payments, Scheduling, and Cancellations
Prices, deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and rescheduling terms may vary by service or class. Training course details are provided on the relevant course or booking page when scheduled. Investigation and consulting prices are reviewed by scope before work begins unless otherwise stated in writing.
Website Information
Website content is provided for general information and service description. It may be updated, corrected, removed, or changed without notice. Website information does not create a client relationship, investigator-client agreement, training enrollment, or service obligation by itself.
Confidentiality and Communication
Eisentower treats inquiries and client information with care, but electronic communication is not guaranteed secure. Do not submit highly sensitive information through a website form if you are not comfortable using that method.
Right to Decline Service
Eisentower may decline any request that is outside scope, outside licensing, unlawful, unsafe, impractical, unavailable, or not a good fit.
